The Boston Higashi School has a long and proud history of turning ambitious visions into reality. Our mission to serve our students in an ever-evolving world requires constant investment, expansion, and enhancement of our physical campus.
Thanks to the generosity of our community, we have established a strong track record of completing major capital projects that directly enrich the lives of our students and staff. Our recent campus transformations include:
Recreation & Wellness: A complete outdoor revitalization featuring a turf field, track, basketball court, and putting green.
The Arts & Vocational Skills: A renovated Educational Center basement housing art and music rooms, a Jazz Club, a coffee shop, and a state-of-the-art Culinary Kitchen.
Academic Expansion: Ten new classrooms and a dedicated Science Center on the Educational Center’s second floor, alongside our expansive Farm Project.
Staff Housing: The renovation of the St. Joseph’s and St. Mary’s convents to provide essential housing for our dedicated International staff.
While these milestones are complete, our work is never truly done. We invite you to support our Capital Fund so we can continue to modernize our facilities and launch the next generation of improvements.
