CAEP Winter/Spring 2021 are now in session!
The continuing Adult Education Program (CAEP) Winter/Spring 2021 season started in January. All of the six sessions in this season are held online due to the continuing COVID concerns.
Thirty-four alumni from 18 homes/group homes participate in the program this time. The generous tuition support by the Mitsui U.S.A. Foundation definitely makes a difference in our alumni.
The Winter/Spring sessions take place with Art/Craft, Music, Jazz Band, Communication, Yoga, and Dance classes. In the Art/Craft, Music, and Yoga classes, many seasonal contents are incorporated (e.g., winter/snow, wearing masks, Valentine’s day, spring joy). Jazz band members enjoy practicing Charlie Parker’s tunes. The communication class covers 8 planets with intriguing visual materials. In the dance class, participants, their parents/caretakers, and our instructors enjoy dancing with oldies and familiar movements.
The CAEP Committee is closely monitoring the situation with the COVID pandemic and will decide if we can hold the summer session and how we can run the Fall 2021 sessions. Please check out our website (HERE) regularly and contact us if you have any questions.
Thank you for all your support.
Please stay safe and well!
Best wishes,
